100 years later, Cuvée del Centenario is dedicated to him.
Grape variety: cuvée of white wines
Tasting notes: light straw yellow colour with fine, persistent perlage; strong, fruity, flowery smell, intense and persisten. Fresh, full, with harmonic taste.
Food matches: ideal as aperitif, perfect as through-meal wine, especially with fish, salads and pasta.
To be served: at 5-7°C.
