Grape variety: chardonnay
Tasting notes: Bright straw yellow colour: young, it has a full, rich bouquet of flowers, delicate and very persistent; because of natural fermentation it is sparkling. Intensively fruity, it reminds of bananas and with the passing of time it develops the classical overtones of honey and dried fruits.
Food matches: If served chilled it is a great aperitif. Ideal with starters, pizza, fish courses, risotto and pasta (to be served at 10-12°C).
