Grape variety: arneis
Tasting notes: Typical straw yellow colour, it smells of mature fruit and white flowers, very delicate. The taste is fresh with a balanced acidity and rich of body and structure; soft, sweet and nicely mouth-filling on the palate, with a crispy fresh and flavour finish.
Food matches: Appetizers, fish plates, white meats and pasta (to be served at 9-10°C)
