Tasting notes: Straw yellow colour with green reflections: it smells delicate and persistent, with a very intense fruit fragrance. Pleasantly sparkling (because of natural fermentation), fresh and young, with a very harmonic taste.
Food matches: Aperitifs, starters, light courses, pasta and fish (to be served at 10-12°C).
