Tasting notes: It is a long-lasting wine maintaining the fresh colour of its variety: full-body, intense ruby red colour with garnet nuances and harmonious tannins. It reminds of black cherries, raspberries, candied apple, white pepper, prunes and blonde tobacco.
Food matches: Ideal with the Piedmontese cuisine, especially grilled meats and strong tastes (to be served at 16-18°C).
