This wine, delicate in taste and perfume, is the result of an accurate selection of the best Chardonnay grapes.
Pleasant and sparkling, it goes well with hors d’oeuvres and first courses. It should be served very cold and it is a very nice aperitive with a bit of lemon-peel.
Serve it at a temperature of 10-12°C.
